The Mod 1 - 1:12 Scale Modern Build Kit
Wow! Get ready for some fun, because MOD1 is a whole lot of it! Not only is it a show stopper, but it's easy to assemble and can be put together in just an hour or two (excluding drying time). It features an open floor plan with lots of windows to let the light in and let everyone see your beautiful home. A full three stories of modern styling with clean lines, a floating staircase, and a loft with staircase. We added more glass with French doors and a glass side door. Happy building!

You will need to provide:
- Glue (wood or craft recommended)
- Clothes pins (optional)
- Rubber bands (optional)
- Painters tape (optional)
- Add some paint and 1:12 scale miniature lumber and you're set! (Not included in this kit.)
