Return Policy

Returning Merchandise

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days. Please have your invoice number available. Please note the following:

1. Mini Materials reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
2. Once you receive a return label you may return unused items within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  The vendor we use to ship out orders does not supply return labels for International shipments (outside the United States), therefore International customers returning items must supply their own shipping labels.
3. Merchandise must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
4. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
5. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.
6. Special orders may not be returned.
7. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
8. Due to the nature of the product, any personalized items may not be returned nor will a refund be issued. If there is an issue with product we will certainly work with you to fix the issue to the best of our ability.
